Dear Pre-K for All Family,

We welcome your family to The Richmond Pre-K Center! Our program is excited to partner
with you to support your child’s learning this year. Thank you for entrusting your
child(ren) to our care. It is our hope that your experience at The Richmond Pre-K Center
will exceed your expectations and that your child(ren) will love their school and their
teacher.

Your preschooler will be in a safe, nurturing learning environment where they will have
many opportunities to try, discover, explore, and thrive. In preschool, your child will gain
the skills, knowledge, and approaches to learning necessary for 3K, Pre-K and kindergarten
in a variety of ways, such as engaging with peers, adjusting to routines, solving problems,
and learning and using new vocabulary throughout the day.

Our regular program daily hours are 8:25 am to 2:45 pm for all locations. Our main office is
located at 1535 Richmond Ave. Please be advised you will need to reach the main office at
929-482-4300 for all business transactions. However, you will be able to contact and
interact daily with the assigned Site Coordinator and office staff directly at the Pre-K Site
your child attends.

In order to keep you informed about what your child is learning, upcoming activities and
events you can participate in at our school, we will send home newsletters, calendars,
contact you via email, notify you on our various media platforms and post on our school

We are committed to your child’s success and are thrilled to welcome your family to our
school community. Research shows that children’s maximum potential can be best
achieved through a proactive partnership between families and schools. We value your
feedback and suggestions about our program, including how we can better support you and
